A neat little hole in the wall that know how to cook a steak!

Waitress was nice, but food had absolutely no flavor. They use no seasonings on the steak. The building is old and outdated and had a nasty smell. I was told it was a nice place but it was bummy, I was over dressed in jeans and a nice shirt.

Porterhouse 28oz has ruined me for other steaks and I have no regrets

GREAT burgers. Friend pepper jack cheese balls are a MUST, with cocktail sauce of course.

For a small country town, this little gem has great burgers. Juicy and tender beef cooked just right. Might try a steak next time I come through there.

Good small town eatery. The fact it's lasted for generations means something. The menu is decent and food is good. Downside is building looks like it hasn't been updated ever. Also they don't accept credit/debit card. Which is rare to find in 2018. Luckily there is an ATM/bank right next to it.

Wonderful little know place

Ols school charm. A burger with my name literally on it and EXTREMELY cold beer. Also has a restaurant side so you can bring the kiddos.

Great food. Good hidden gem in New Ross :-) Service is fine and they're pretty quick. Prices are kinda high for a small town place. I grew up in this town and still go here sometimes.

New Ross Steak House was recommended by a very good friend of mine who used to live in Indy. Since the Indy race weekend has been rained out we took a chance and drove up to the steak house and was not disappointed! The food was excellant and great service !

Friendly place. Fresh salads. I prefer a rib eye steak, wasn't an option at this steakhouse. Both his strip steak and my filet were cooked properly, but lacked flavor.

You want steak, you got steak! Good food, great prices. Definitely worth the trip. They were out of a few things by 730 pm like prime rib so get there early if going on a Saturday. Overall it’s a restaurant you would expect in a small town, no frills. Only downside would be had to wait for a table to be cleared and not much room in the place. The small t bone takes up the whole plate... I can only image what the large looks like.

Don't let the appearance deceive you. Great food, great people, most reasonable prices you can find. Not an extensive menu, but quality through and through. Cash only.

Steak are a bit pricey for what they are and the options for sides. Other options on the menu are appropriately priced for fried food. Very basic salads and sandwiches.

The best burger around. Friend waitstaff. Highly recommend.

Good hometown restaurant/business, I grew up running around this amazing sweet little mom & pop town. This is BY FAR 1 of my most FAVORITE restaurants EVER!!!

Best flavored hamburger west of Indy! It's an old building, dated style, country diner with a bar in side room with some dining there also. In spiteof it's humble appearance, the food is very good, all freshly cooked & good sized portions. The staff is friendly & accommodating as are the local residents. Having eaten there 7 or 8 times in the last 2 years i have never received anything other than good service, great food @ reasonable prices in a comfy atmosphere.
